Bonded App
Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These standards describe Bonded App's rules, reporting channels, enforcement practices, and designated contact for preventing and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation concerns.
These public pages are provided for app-store review and user transparency. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer qualified in your jurisdiction.
1. Our commitment
Bonded App is a social, community, circles, events, chat, and marketplace platform operated by Sirikay LLC. We are committed to protecting young people and preventing the use of Bonded for child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, coercion, sextortion, or any activity that harms or exploits minors.
These standards are published so users, app stores, reviewers, safety partners, and authorities can understand how Bonded approaches child safety and how concerns can be reported.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
- Bonded does not allow child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, solicitation of minors, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to obtain sexual images or contact with minors.
- Users may not upload, request, share, promote, threaten to share, link to, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material or exploitative content involving minors.
- Users may not use profiles, circles, events, chat, marketplace listings, media, reviews, links, or any other Bonded feature to target, exploit, endanger, or manipulate minors.
- Content or behavior that appears to involve imminent danger, exploitation, or abuse may result in immediate account restriction, content removal, preservation of relevant records where lawful, and escalation to appropriate authorities or reporting organizations.
3. Age and account expectations
- Bonded is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law to use social, messaging, event, commerce, or payment services.
- Users must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person, misrepresent age, or create accounts to contact or exploit minors.
- If we learn that an underage user is using Bonded in a way that violates our requirements or applicable law, we may restrict or remove the account and related content.
4. Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report child safety concerns through in-app reporting or by contacting Bonded directly. Reports should include enough detail for us to identify the account, content, message, circle, event, listing, or transaction involved.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Bonded is not an emergency service.
- Designated child safety contact: sirikayllc@gmail.com
- General support and legal policy contact: founder@sirikayllc.com
- When reporting by email, include screenshots, usernames, dates, links, event names, circle names, and any other details that can help us investigate quickly.
5. Review, moderation, and enforcement
- We review reports and platform signals to identify content or behavior that may violate these standards, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable law.
- We may remove content, disable media, restrict messaging, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, block devices or tokens, prevent event participation, or limit payment and payout features when safety risk is identified.
- We may preserve relevant account, content, transaction, and technical records when needed for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or cooperation with lawful requests.
- We may report suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation to appropriate authorities, law enforcement, or legally required reporting organizations, including NCMEC where applicable.
6. Prevention measures
- Account authentication, access controls, server-side logging, and abuse monitoring help us detect suspicious or harmful activity.
- Community rules prohibit harassment, exploitation, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, and misuse of messaging, events, circles, marketplace features, or payments.
- Public legal pages, user-facing terms, and platform moderation workflows support app-store compliance and user transparency.
- We update our policies and operational practices as our product changes, as app-store requirements evolve, and as we identify new safety risks.
7. Cooperation with authorities and safety partners
Bonded may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, child safety organizations, app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, and other safety partners where appropriate and lawful. We evaluate requests and reports in line with applicable law, user safety, platform integrity, and our privacy obligations.
8. Updates to these standards
We may update these Child Safety Standards as Bonded evolves, as legal or app-store requirements change, or as we improve our safety operations. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
