Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bonded App, the Bonded admin dashboard public pages, APIs, mobile app, and related services operated by Sirikay LLC. By creating an account, accessing the service, buying or selling through the service, joining a circle, attending an event, or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Bonded. Additional terms from Stripe, Apple, Google, event providers, or other third-party services may also apply to specific features.

Bonded is a community platform designed to bring people together through circles and events. The service may include profiles, interest discovery, public and private circles, event creation and booking, chat, notifications, marketplace listings, creator verification, subscriptions, tickets, reviews, wallets, payouts, and admin-managed content.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as we improve the platform, meet app-store requirements, respond to safety issues, or comply with law.

• You must be legally able to use the service and comply with applicable laws in your location.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You may not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, use another user's account, or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
• If you create or manage content as an admin, host, creator, or seller, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content.

• Treat other users with respect and do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or abuse others.
• Do not post illegal, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or infringing content.
• Do not use Bonded to organize unsafe activities, scams, spam, unauthorized promotions, or activity that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Do not interfere with security, reverse engineer the service, scrape data without permission, overload systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities when needed for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement.

Users and admins may create or manage circles, events, marketplace listings, posts, reviews, highlights, images, descriptions, prices, locations, and related content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and that the content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Bonded a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and secure the service.

Events, circles, marketplace listings, and third-party experiences may involve real-world interactions. Bonded does not guarantee the conduct, identity, availability, quality, safety, or legality of users, hosts, creators, venues, events, listings, or third-party providers.

• Paid features may include tickets, circle joins, marketplace purchases, subscriptions, creator verification fees, and other products or services.
• Payments may be processed by Stripe, Apple, Google, or other providers. Their terms, fees, dispute rules, refund rules, and account requirements may apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable app-store account settings or payment provider flow.
• Hosts and creators may need to complete verification, Stripe Connect onboarding, or other compliance steps before receiving payouts.
• Bonded may hold, delay, reverse, refund, or restrict payments or payouts when required for fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, policy enforcement, app-store rules, or legal obligations.
• Prices, fees, taxes, refund availability, payout timing, and product availability may vary by feature, platform, location, and user status.

Bonded may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Apple, Google, Firebase, email providers, cloud storage, map or location providers, travel or event providers, and other infrastructure or payment services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Bonded helps people discover communities and experiences, but users are responsible for their own decisions, communications, travel, purchases, meetings, safety planning, and participation in real-world events. Always use reasonable judgment when meeting people or attending activities.

Bonded is not an emergency service. If you face an emergency or immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Bonded, the Bonded name, logos, designs, software, dashboard, APIs, and platform content are owned by Sirikay LLC or its licensors, except for user content and third-party content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our intellectual property except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of Bonded if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, caused harm, infringed rights, violated law, created payment or fraud risk, or misused the platform. You may stop using Bonded at any time and may request account deletion through available tools or by contacting us.

Bonded is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, and error-free operation. We do not guarantee that users, events, circles, marketplace listings, payments, or third-party services will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirikay LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, personal disputes, event outcomes, marketplace issues, or third-party conduct arising from or related to Bonded.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of Bonded after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
